Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contracts Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative services, including contract preparation and coordination, to support the management of projects and clinical teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of outstanding care to the community.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and validate contract monitoring reports on a monthly basis
• Maintain contract and prices tariffs
• Make changes/adjustments to contracts, liaising with the Contracts Manager as necessary
• Understand Payment by Results and the National Tariff, ensuring accurate reporting and maximum income from tariff
• Produce and validate Non-Contracted Activity (NCA) invoices, resolving any queries
• Develop and manage a system of active monitoring and tracking of NCA invoices, reporting on their current status
