About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Business Coordinator to join the Arena Racing Company team. This is a fantastic chance to start your career in business coordination and administration, working closely with our experienced team to gain valuable skills and knowledge in this field.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating race day and event activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Client Interaction: Support in communicating with clients and assisting with their bookings, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their experience with us is outstanding.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Assist in managing marketing materials and ensuring they are up-to-date and available for use.
- General Administration: Help with everyday administrative tasks, such as updating systems, preparing documents, and managing enquiries by phone and email.
- Learning and Development: Take advantage of on-the-job training and mentoring to grow your skills and knowledge in business coordination.
