About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager individual to join our team as an Apprentice Business Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in business coordination and administration, working closely with our experienced team to gain valuable skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating race day and event activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and working with our sales and delivery teams.
  • Client Interaction: Support in communicating with clients and assisting with their bookings, ensuring they have all the information they need and that their experience with us is top-notch.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in managing marketing materials and ensuring they are up-to-date and available for use.
  • General Administration: Help with everyday administrative tasks, such as updating systems, preparing documents, and managing enquiries by phone and email.
  • Learning and Development: Take advantage of on-the-job training and mentoring to grow your skills and knowledge in business coordination.
