About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Business Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in business coordination and administration.

As an Apprentice Business Coordinator, you will assist with various tasks to help keep our racecourse operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with our experienced team, learning the ropes and gaining valuable skills in business administration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating race day and event activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This includes working with our sales and delivery teams.
  • Client Interaction: Support in communicating with clients and assisting with their bookings. You'll help ensure they have all the information they need and that their experience with us is top-notch.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in managing marketing materials and ensuring they are up-to-date and available for use.
  • General Administration: Help with everyday administrative tasks, like updating systems, preparing documents, and managing enquiries.
  • Learning and Development: Take advantage of on-the-job training and mentoring to grow your skills and knowledge in business coordination.
