Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Officer to join our dynamic team at NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Continuing Healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate scheduling appointments for Nurse Coordinators to assess eligibility for Continuing Healthcare.
  • Liaise with members of the public, NHS partners, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum GCSE qualification in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
