Job Title: Contracts Support Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Support Administrator to join our team at Brook Street NMR. This is a temporary role, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, paying £14.22 per hour. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Contracts Management Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking the lead on projects, progressing according to department processes and timescales
  • Responding to time-sensitive emails and progressing projects
  • Managing commercial and contractual aspects of service delivery contracts with external suppliers
  • Supporting the Senior team with general administration processes
  • Attending meetings and following up on action points
  • Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork

The ideal candidate will be well-organised, have strong MS Office skills, and previous administrative experience. They should be proactive and able to work within a team environment, yet also independently.

Please note that this role will require a DBS and three years' referencing.
