About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our Integrated Safeguarding Team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.

As an integral part of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of safeguarding services across the trust. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and computer skills, as well as experience in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Safeguarding Team, including preparation of agendas, reports, and minutes
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, escalating concerns where necessary
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Safeguarding Team Hub Intranet page
  • Produce high-quality documents, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, in line with trust standards
