**Job Title:** Healthcare Support Specialist

We are recruiting for a Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Barbourne Health Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, processing patient appointments, referrals, and test results in accordance with practice protocols.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and clinical information.
  • To respond to patient queries and concerns, providing exceptional patient care and service in a timely and professional manner.
  • To work effectively as part of a team, providing support to healthcare professionals and contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • A good level of education, preferably in a relevant field such as healthcare or administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
