Healthcare Technician

About the Role:
You will be joining a multidisciplinary team with a strong emphasis on quality patient care, providing support and reassurance to oxygen therapy users and their families. Your role will involve the installation and maintenance of respiratory equipment in line with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the NHS, as well as day-to-day management of your workload, offering a professional service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and reassurance to oxygen therapy users and their families
- Install and maintain respiratory equipment in line with SLA with the NHS
- Manage day-to-day workload, offering a professional service to patients
- Operate and maintain safe working practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements
- Participate in an 'On Call Rota' (approx. 4-5 nights per month)
- Respond to Ad Hoc requests from the Healthcare Helpline to deliver a service in addition to your daily route
- Maintain high standards of driving proficiency at all times in company vehicles
- Follow good housekeeping practices in the regional depots and company vehicles
- Maintain safe practices when loading and unloading equipment into the vehicle(s)
- Maintain upkeep of your company vehicle
About You:
We are looking for a compassionate, community-centred individual who is able to show empathy and understanding whilst maintaining professionalism, present flexibility and a 'can do' attitude, show good time management, have a proactive approach to working, demonstrate an ability to adapt to deadlines to meet KPI's, prioritise quality standards, and have a strong sense of community.
What You Will Receive:
