Administrative Services Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Officer to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative services, including contract preparation and coordination, as well as supporting clinical teams with project management and information gathering.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce and validate contract monitoring reports on a monthly basis, investigating and resolving data quality concerns and reporting any variance from contracted levels.
- Maintain contract and prices tariffs.
- Make changes or adjustments to contracts, liaising with the Contracts Manager as necessary.
- Understand Payment by Results and the National Tariff, ensuring activity is coded and recorded correctly and accurately reported to maximize income from tariff.
- Produce and validate Non-Contracted Activity (NCA) invoices, ensuring activity levels and values are appropriately invoiced and any resulting queries are resolved to assist timely payment of invoices.
- Develop and manage a system of active monitoring and tracking of NCA invoices raised, queried, and paid, and be able to report on the current status of NCA invoices both on an ad hoc and routine basis.
