Administrative Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our Estates Services team at Platform Property Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide effective coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Grounds Maintenance and Caretaking and Cleaning team
  • Ensure accurate and regular communication to enhance service delivery
  • Liaise with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve queries and complaints
  • Act as an ambassador for Platform, promoting our services and values
  • Contribute to the development of administrative processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Super organized and efficient, with the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a property maintenance or construction environment
