Role and Responsibilities:
  • Managing phone communications, responding to inquiries, and organizing documentation
  • Coordinating daily deliveries
  • Processing paperwork and managing digital files
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating availability for service personnel
  • Assisting with vehicle maintenance, ensuring timely servicing, repairs, and inspections

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Highly Organized
  • Prior experience in an office environment
  • Administrative background
  • Proficient in IT, with basic knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
