Event Coordinator

About the Role
Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled Event Manager to join our team at the Coventry Building Society Arena. As an Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of exhibitions and large-scale conferences at our venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Event Management Team to develop and implement event strategies that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment, to ensure a smooth and efficient event execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze event metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall event experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our events remain competitive and engaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in an exhibition environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
