Frasers Group - Event Coordination Team

  • Ensure the effective execution of exhibitions and large-scale conferences.
  • Elevate event quality and boost revenue generation.
  • Collaborate proactively with event organizers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain the venue reservation system, creating comprehensive Event Function sheets.
  • Gather and analyze event feedback to facilitate future bookings.
  • Develop detailed Function Sheets and Event Orders for clients and operational teams.
  • Provide essential information to exhibition organizers for their manuals.
  • Coordinate with service providers for additional offerings and enhance revenue streams.
  • Timely processing of documentation and correspondence.
  • Participate in pre-event meetings with clients and contractors to finalize event specifics.
  • Ensure all event-related documentation is submitted within established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with operational departments to fulfill client needs.
  • Prepare Profit and Loss statements for each event, achieving targeted profit margins.
  • Represent the department with professionalism to clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Collect post-event feedback and distribute it to relevant teams.
  • Manage client accounts to foster business development.
  • Oversee the rebooking process for existing exhibitions.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and confidence in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours and during event days.
  • Prior experience in event coordination within an exhibition context.
