Event Coordination Job Overview

  • Collaborate with the Event Coordination Team to ensure the effective execution of exhibitions and large-scale conferences.
  • Elevate event quality and drive revenue growth.
  • Engage proactively with event organizers to guarantee successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Manage and utilize the venue reservation system, generating precise Event Function sheets promptly.
  • Gather and analyze event feedback to inform future planning.
  • Communicate with clients to develop comprehensive Function Sheets and Event Orders.
  • Provide essential information to event organizers and coordinate additional services as required.
  • Handle documentation and correspondence with efficiency.
  • Ensure all event specifics are confirmed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Work in conjunction with operational teams to fulfill client needs.
  • Oversee client accounts and foster business development.
