Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a skilled Training Manager who will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service for our prestigious luxury brand, Hawes and Curtis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager, oversee the execution and enhancement of training initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and evaluate training outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with management to identify competency gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Facilitate the effective rollout of training sessions covering Brand Image, Product Knowledge, Retail Excellence, and Client Engagement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring training effectiveness and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Manage all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant coordination.
  • Perform on-site coaching to support the sales team in applying their training on the sales floor.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to measure training KPIs, including knowledge retention and employee performance.
  • Possess a background in training and development, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, with strong organizational and influencing capabilities.
  • Showcase a passion for fostering a learning environment and nurturing talent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, along with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
