Job Title: Sales Consultant
We're seeking a fashion passionate Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers, transmitting our brand's passion and values, and helping them find what they're looking for with a kind and helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by offering the highest quality service, reflecting our brand values.
- Sales: Achieve commercial objectives and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of our brand to customers.
- Shop Operations: Work as a team to carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, and daily reports to ensure the point of sale runs smoothly.
- Shop Image: Keep the shop properly ordered and up to date with the necessary products to offer to customers.
- Cultural Fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- English speaker, other languages a plus.
- Strong team player and commercial mindset.
- Amazing communication skills.
