Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail staff. This will involve conducting needs assessments, evaluating outcomes, and managing training paths for all stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of the business
- Conduct on-site coaching and provide support to sales staff
- Champion training programs to create a positive and performance-driven culture
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these
Requirements:
- Previous experience in training and development, preferably in the luxury retail sector
