Detail 2 Recruitment Limited seeks a highly skilled Business Development professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity is for a Power Generation Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Glasgow region.

About the Company

To succeed in this role, you must have B2B sales experience with Power Generators or commercial renewables. Your strong relationship management skills will enable you to build lasting connections with clients.

Requirements

  1. Experience working in a customer-focused role with excellent relationship management skills
  2. Previous experience within the Power Rental and Sustainability sector
  3. Excellent planning and organizing skills, able to manage your own time effectively
  4. Resilience with the ability to work in a pressurized environment
  5. Experience working with Power, Clean Energy, Battery Storage Units, and Energy Storage
  6. Effective communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
  7. Ability to promote the Sunbelt Rentals brand and cross-sell our product range
  8. Proficient IT skills and the ability to analyze data such as business plans, performance, and market data
  9. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  10. A full clean UK driving license
  11. The role involves Regional and occasional National travel/overnight stays

Responsibilities

  1. This is a home-based sales and business development role with regional travel required
  2. Identify clients and win new business
  3. Shape the sales strategy and implement your growth plan for your region
  4. Open up further opportunities with existing customers
  5. Ensure the sales pipeline is sufficient to achieve sales targets
