Job Description
Priory Group seeks a Therapy Support Professional to join its team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. In this role, you will provide assistance to Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of patients with mental health conditions.

We strive to provide the highest quality of care, supporting patients with various mental health conditions in highly therapeutic environments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in updating clinical records and computerized information systems.
  • Record and report patient participation in individual and group activities, highlighting any concerns.
  • Ensure patients feel supported and encouraged throughout their treatment journey.
  • Develop and implement activity schedules and service line timetables.
  • Contribute to delivering new group-wide programs enhancing patient experiences.
  • Support patients in developing life skills and prescribed OT sessions.

Essential Requirements
  • Support Occupational Therapists in assessments and checklists.
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Hold GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with autism/DBT skills and life skills training is beneficial.

Compensation Package
The annual salary for this position is £23,464.35, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
