**Location:** Sutton, UK

**Salary:** £33,000 - £39,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Pure Healthcare Group is a leading provider of education and healthcare services for children with special educational needs. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team and support the development of essential communication skills in our students.

**Job Description:

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication difficulties in students, developing and implementing tailored therapy plans to address these issues.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Affirmatively assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication difficulties in students
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans for students based on their specific needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's learning and development

**Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based interventions and strategies for speech therapy in a special needs setting
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to work effectively with children who may have a range of behavioural and emotional needs
  • Flexible and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider school community
