Pure Healthcare Group is a supportive and dynamic special needs school dedicated to providing high-quality education and therapy to children with a range of learning disabilities, communication difficulties, and additional complex needs. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team to help our students develop essential communication skills and improve their quality of life.
About the Position:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide tailored therapy and interventions to help students improve their speech, language, and communication skills, and work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to deliver an integrated support plan for each student. You will also offer advice, training, and support to school staff on how to implement speech and language strategies within the classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs, particularly those with communication challenges
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children, parents, and professionals
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
