Inpatient Therapeutic Support Nurse

We are seeking an exceptional Mental Health Nurse to join our Adult Acute Services team at Athona Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic support in an inpatient setting.
Our hospital's acute mental health wards provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for individuals with complex mental health needs. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their recovery journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering person-centered care and promoting the recovery of patients
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Engaging with patients and their families to assess needs and promote involvement in care
- Developing and maintaining accurate clinical records and communicating effectively with the team
- Participating in quality improvement processes and contributing to a culture of excellence
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PIN, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
