We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner Trainee.

As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in high-intensity CBT and work with clients who require evidence-based interventions for common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a PG Diploma in High Intensity CBT at the University of East Anglia
  • Gain experience assessing and working with clients in-service
  • Contribute to the development of the service's quality improvements

Requirements:

  • Hold a BABCP-recognised core profession or prepare a Knowledge, Skills, Attitude (KSA) entry route portfolio prior to interview
  • Have an undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Meet the KSA standards, which include having at least 4 years of relevant mental health-related work experience and formal/informal training

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
