Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing HR transactional activities, including starters, leavers, sickness absence, and pensions
  • Setting up new starter accounts and processing documentation
  • Performing right-to-work checks and enhanced company vetting
  • Providing administrative support for TUPE transfers of staff into and out of the business
  • Maintaining the functionality of our Access Group application suite

The ideal candidate will have experience in a shared service function or busy office environment, strong administration skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
