About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, to support you in your career growth. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, supporting Return to Work interviews, and maintaining accurate records of annual leave and sickness. You will also assist with training organization, issue letters as directed by the HR Manager, and ensure that the reception area is opened and closed down each day.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word. Your ability to build relationships and liaise with stakeholders will also be essential.
