About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at HOERBIGER UK & IEP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and Assist: As the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and contractors, you will provide a professional and friendly experience.
  • Manage Facilities & Vendor Services: You will coordinate building maintenance, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors to maintain a productive workspace.
  • Support Office Operations: Your general administrative duties will include answering calls, booking travel, purchasing supplies, and maintaining organized records.
  • Oversee Business Administration: You will prepare payroll timesheets, manage vehicle leasing, coordinate contracts, and schedule training sessions, ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Financial Assistance: Responsibilities will include sending customer invoices, managing credit control, approving supplier payments, and checking expenses to support financial accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required for efficient task management and reporting.

This role requires:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry
