At Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary role initially for 6 months with potential to go permanent after this.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of new client instructions, including setting up new instructions on our CRM system and accepting jobs in line with Client SLAs.

You will answer telephone calls from policy holders/homeowners and clients, dealing with queries in a professional manner. Book and co-ordinate surveys, organise the works within SLAs, ensuring Surveyors are fully utilised.

Preparing Consignment Notes, PRCs & Site Diaries for the following day's jobs, including updating the Consignment Note/Waste register and distributing to Site Supervisors.

Forwarding completion paperwork to the client via their specified email account or portal within the clients KPIs.

Ad hoc duties include assisting organising departmental training, maintaining training records, maintaining transport records, including servicing of vehicles details.

Maintaining the DBS register. Assisting managing the BigChange CRM system to ensure all employee, vehicle and equipment details are accurate.
