Station Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Station Operations Coordinator to join our team at Europcar. As a key member of our station operations, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our station.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities, including vehicle preparation, customer service, and business development activities.
  • Assist the Station Manager, Fleet Manager, and Team Leader in tasks, including vehicle movements, customer service, and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including vehicle inspection results and customer feedback.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An excellent understanding of station operations procedures and regulations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
