Operations Coordinator

Hoerbiger UK & IEP is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our business services team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
About the RoleThe Operations Coordinator will play a key role in managing daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This includes coordinating building maintenance, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors, as well as handling general administrative duties such as answering calls, booking travel, and maintaining organized records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll timesheets, managing vehicle leasing, coordinating contracts, and scheduling training sessions. They will also oversee financial assistance, including sending customer invoices, managing credit control, and approving supplier payments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery
