About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. This is a temporary position, lasting 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Job Description
  • Manage official correspondence in line with agreed processes and protocols, drafting responses for senior managers as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings between internal and external stakeholders, managing electronic calendar invitations and taking minutes.
  • Maintain contacts lists and distribution lists for communication activities and projects, reporting progress to senior managers.
  • Develop a working knowledge of online systems related to HR contracts and regulations, providing guidance and advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Carry out project and business change coordination tasks, maintaining registers, trackers, and associated documentation.
Essential Skills and Criteria
  • Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Mailbox management experience.
  • Data work involved.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Brook Street offers a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
