Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and effective HR Services Coordinator to join our team at the Ministry of Justice in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the coordination of meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining contact lists.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate meetings between internal and external stakeholders, including management of electronic calendar invitations and taking minutes during meetings.
  2. Manage official correspondence, including drafting responses for senior managers and case management of communications and queries until resolved.
  3. Maintain contacts lists and distribution lists for communication activities and projects.
  4. Develop a working knowledge of online systems related to HR contracts and regulations to provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders.
  5. Carry out project coordination tasks and maintain registers, trackers, and associated documentation.
Requirements
  1. Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  3. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  4. Customer service and admin experience.
  5. Mailbox management experience.
  6. Confidence in working with data.

Salary and Benefits
