About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator for our Ministry. This is a temporary position, working on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

This job requires you to work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between the office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of official correspondence, drafting responses for senior managers and resolving queries until completion.
  • Coordination of meetings between internal and external stakeholders, including electronic calendar invitations and minute-taking.
  • Maintenance of contacts lists and distribution lists for communication activities and projects.
  • Development of knowledge on online HR systems and regulations, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Project coordination, support tasks, and maintenance of registers and trackers.
Requirements:

Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with data handling is an advantage.
