About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator for our Ministry. This is a temporary position, working on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
This job requires you to work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between the office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:- Effective management of official correspondence, drafting responses for senior managers and resolving queries until completion.
- Coordination of meetings between internal and external stakeholders, including electronic calendar invitations and minute-taking.
- Maintenance of contacts lists and distribution lists for communication activities and projects.
- Development of knowledge on online HR systems and regulations, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Project coordination, support tasks, and maintenance of registers and trackers.
Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with data handling is an advantage.
