Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at NES Fircroft. This role will provide administrative support to Manufacturing Plants and the Huddersfield Site, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing secretarial tasks, event coordination, and record-keeping services to ensure efficient office management.
  • Scheduling large events and business meetings, as well as monitoring budgets related to community relations work.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site vehicles and insurance, raising purchase orders and BACs requests, and checking conferencing facilities and supplies.

Requirements:

  • G.C.S.E English or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint Designer, Visual Paradigm).
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP and SharePoint.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
