Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BDO UK. As an essential part of our Secretarial and Administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the core Expat team with our Assignment Management Solutions software, managing client data, and maintaining accurate records.
In addition to this, you will assist with various administrative tasks, such as dealing with new sign-ups, liaising with external parties, and coordinating information for tax provisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent project coordination skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience working in administration. You should also be IT literate, have good communication skills, and be able to work independently under pressure.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Expat team with assignment management software
- Maintaining accurate records and data
- Dealing with new sign-ups and providing customer service
- Liaising with external parties, such as Canaccord
- Coordinating information for tax provisions
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits that include agile working arrangements, training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
