**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the safeguarding team, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the team.

The post holder will be responsible for planning, organizing, and prioritizing administrative work to meet deadlines. This includes completing administrative duties to support colleagues, acting as the first point of contact for the team, and handling queries from internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Plan, organize, and prioritize administrative work to ensure all tasks are conducted efficiently, accurately, and within identified deadlines.
  2. Complete administrative duties to support colleagues and ensure the effective functioning of the team.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for the team and take responsibility for answering queries over the telephone, face-to-face, and via email, directing them to the appropriate team member.
  4. Deal with and resolve queries on behalf of the team with internal and external stakeholders, including difficult conversations requiring tact and diplomacy.

**Benefits**

The salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
