About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in North Leeds. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. In return, we offer a highly competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a performance-related bonus and a structured career development program.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration, liaising with field staff, handling customer queries, dealing with complaints, and collecting debts. You will also be expected to perform other tasks that ensure a first-class service to our customers.
