About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and administrative skilled Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator to join our team at G4S Business Unit:US Youth Services.

\

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the account apprenticeship initiative, working closely with the Operations teams, G4S Learning, Capability & People Development team, and external apprenticeship training providers. The role requires excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills, as the individual will be responsible for coordinating the administration for the life cycle of Apprentices from recruiting, onboarding, mentoring to graduation.

The Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator will act as a point of contact for all current apprentices within the account, providing coordination and administrative oversight in order to support colleagues through the apprenticeship process. This involves managing external and internal apprenticeship related communications, communicating apprenticeship schedules, training requirements, and progress updates to the relevant teams and stakeholders within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the G4S Operational team to support account colleagues through apprenticeship enrolment and course progress.
  • Managing external and internal apprenticeship related communications including calls and emails.
  • Communicating apprenticeship schedules, training requirements, and progress updates to the relevant teams and stakeholders within the business.
  • Engage with apprentices and work with operational teams to coordinate release time and operational schedules.
  • Monitoring and analysing apprenticeship data, ensuring that data for dashboard is managed and maintained for accurate monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate, including Google G Suite and be able to apply these skills to bespoke software.
  • Experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Security industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
