As a Residential Programmes Coordinator at Hamilton Woods, you will oversee the Extra Care Schemes in Leeds and Wakefield.

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week with an estimated salary of £32,600 + £2,000 car user allowance.

The role is initially offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working across multiple extra care schemes to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Supporting scheme residents to maintain their independence and well-being.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement.
