About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Coordinator to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a key member of our Construction division, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our residential development projects.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £64,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, pension, healthcare, 26+ days annual leave, and other perks.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in QA roles within the Construction industry. You will have the ability to conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing quality control processes, monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications.
  • Identifying potential quality risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and industry certifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in QA roles within the Construction industry, ideally with a Residential Developer / Main Contractor.
  • A strong ability to conduct regular inspections and audits.
