About Classpop:

Classpop is a platform that allows customers to book various events and activities such as dance classes, cooking classes, and floral arranging classes. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Salary Range: £18-20 per hour (part-time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. The successful candidate will also assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives, as well as plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
