**Job Title:** Administrative Project Coordinator

**Location:** Leeds, UK (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office, the other days working from home)

**Salary:** £14.09 per hour

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within the Ministry of Justice as an administrative project coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to PMO leads and project leads, ensuring the smooth delivery of the Synergy programme.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Maintaining project plans and documents to support reporting and monitoring
  2. Developing and producing project reports and programme reports
  3. Managing project files using robust version control
  4. Organising key project meetings and providing secretariat support for board meetings and design authorities
  5. Tracking project spend and managing Purchase Orders through SOP
  6. Maintaining risk and issue logs and escalating as appropriate
  7. Supporting maintenance of all programme resourcing data and resource dashboard
