About the Role

Gatenby Sanderson is a leading recruitment and people development business, and we are seeking an experienced Administration Support and Coordination Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Leadership and Talent Consultancy team, ensuring the smooth management of multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project delivery team lead and senior project coordinators in managing workload and capacity across projects.
  • Coordinate project planning, design, delivery, and evaluation, working closely with lead consultants and/or senior project coordinators.
  • Capture project details on our online system, Clarizen, and work with lead delivery consultants to ensure projects are resourced with the right skills mix.
  • Manage end-to-end project management, including creating statements of work, coordinating internal and external resources, and monitoring deadlines.
  • Liaise regularly with clients and their teams to ensure they are updated and on track within the project.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to sense-check reports and cross-check peers' work.
  • Proven ability to meet expectations while balancing busy workloads and multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of best practice in developing project management procedures and processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM systems.

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
