Job Overview

The LivingCare Group is recruiting an Administrative Site Lead to oversee the daily operations of our clinic sites. This role requires a strong background in administration, with experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the administrative functions of our clinic sites, ensuring seamless coordination and effective management.
  • Coordinate site-specific governance requirements, including estates compliance and security measures.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems and processes for administrative operations, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Lead site operational requirements, including equipment sterilization and reporting of issues.
  • Manage asset registers, disposals, and deployment of specialist equipment, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Implement and maintain statutory, mandatory, and compliance standards, adhering to LivingCare quality assurance guidelines.
  • Perform duties in accordance with our quality assurance standards, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff satisfaction.
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure building work is completed efficiently and effectively.
