Administrative Coordinator for Healthcare Services

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative and clerical support to the hepatology Department.
">About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full and effective administrative and clerical support service to the hepatology department. This includes inputting data onto the departmental database system, producing reports as required, and dealing with communications and ad hoc enquiries from staff and service users.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating mail outs and labels for Trust and staff departments, advising group members, and organizing electronic or paper mail outs to such groups as required.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of a wide range of administrative procedures, including finance, and be competent in word processing, spreadsheet packages, and using databases.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The post holder will be accountable for adhering to relevant Statutory Instruments and Trust policies and guidelines, including Data Protection, Health and Safety, Confidentiality, and personnel policies and guidelines.
