We are currently hiring a dedicated Full-time Medical Administrator/patient Coordinator to join our team at Dream Medical in Leeds, UK.
This role is perfect for individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support in a healthcare environment. If you have previous experience in a GP surgery setting and hold an NHS Smartcard, we'd love to hear from you
About the Role:
- Support medical staff with administrative tasks
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors
Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical staff and patients
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or administration role
- NHS Smartcard
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate (£15.50 - £18.00 per hour based on location and experience)
