Brighterkind is recruiting an experienced Office Administrator to provide exceptional support to our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and respond to phone calls professionally
  • Manage staff attendance, leave, and tasks with accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems
  • Use Microsoft Office tools proficiently for reports and correspondence
  • Assist the Management Team with meetings, minutes, and other administrative tasks
  • Operate complex computer systems with ease

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a busy office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with working in a healthcare setting
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
