About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Brook Street in Leeds. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to our teams
  • Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Organizing and updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Responding to telephone calls and emails
  • Coordinating Tribunal Admin tasks
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and customer service experience
  • Multitasking and strong administrative skills
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
What We Offer

This is a temporary contract until 31/03/2025 with a salary of £11.88 per hour after 12 weeks. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:00pm, and the location is in central Leeds.
