Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, accompanied by an on-target bonus scheme of 7.5%, pension scheme matching up to 5% of your salary, critical illness cover, income protection equivalent to 1x salary, death in service benefit of 4x salary, and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to an additional 10 days.

Job Description

This is a front-of-house role responsible for creating excellent first impressions and delivering administrative support to colleagues, advisers, and the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, creative, and proactive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client interactions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage internal facilities at Bridgewater Place, including visitors and equipment for the head office
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of systems, processes, and departmental functions within the remit
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing, and general administrative duties
  • Maintain high standards of document control and data recording where applicable
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks required by the administration department or other departments
  • Effectively handle queries from 2plan advisers and clients when necessary
  • Familiarize yourself with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Data Protection regulations
  • Promote teamwork within the Administration team
  • Provide coverage for managing incoming post
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain office areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces to reflect the company's corporate image
  • Perform the role of Fire Marshall
  • DSE Approved Assessor, conducting DSE assessments for colleagues and addressing any issues that arise
