About the Role

This full-time position offers a salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave. As an Administrative Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, assisting with Return to Work interviews, and maintaining accurate records of employee data. You will also support the organization of training and events, issue letters as directed by the HR Manager, and ensure that the reception area is maintained in accordance with quality and hygiene standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word. Your ability to build relationships and liaise with stakeholders will also be essential.
